Cadet, Junior, Senior — Grouped strictly by weight (On-site weigh-in required)

Mandatory Safety Gears

All competitors in Little Jin to Youth Divisions must wear headgear with face shields for added protection.

Little Jin to Youth: 2 Rounds × 60 Seconds | 30-sec Break
Cadet to Senior: 2 Rounds × 90 Seconds | 30-sec Break
