Format: 3 Boards total Board 1: Hand Technique (punch, knifehand, palm strike, etc.)
Boards 2 & 3: Foot Techniques (side kick, axe kick, turning, jump kick)
Difficulty: Adjusted by belt rank (board thickness, size, and height)
Judging Criteria: Clean technique, stance, focus, proper striking tool, successful break
Divisions: Young Cubs and above (Grassroots allowed)
Format: Break as many standard-sized boards in 30 seconds
Recommended techniques: front kick, axe kick, roundhouse, side kick
Style: Speed, control, recovery
Notes: Scoring includes technique cleanliness and number of boards broken
Divisions: Cadet Guardians and above (No Grassroots)
Format: Break the maximum number of stacked boards in a single clean strike
Techniques allowed: knifehand, side kick, hammerfist, elbow Only one attempt per technique

Board Holders
All participants must bring their own designated board holders (teammates, coaches, or instructors).
Board Provision
Participants must provide their own boards. Official boards may be purchased at the venue for PHP 300 each.
Holding Safety
Board holders must be trained in proper holding techniques. Any unstable or unsafe holding may result in disqualification.
Protective Gear
Mouthguards are recommended for all participants. Safety goggles and gloves are optional but encouraged for Young Cubs.
Pre-Check
All breaking setups are subject to inspection by the Safety Committee prior to execution.
Medical Team
On-site medics will be available. Any injury must be reported immediately

Taekwondo Demonstration events showcase the harmony of technique, rhythm, athleticism, and storytelling rooted in tradition. Teams compete by presenting choreographed performances blending Poomsae, Kyukpa (breaking), self-defense, acrobatics, and synchronized movement.
Minimum Members: 6 performers
Maximum Members: 15 performers
Required Roles: At least 1 female and 1 male member
Optional Roles: Narrator or drummer may be included (not counted in max number
Minimum Time: 3 minutes
Maximum Time: 6 minutes
Exceeding time limit = 0.1 deduction per 10 seconds
Music must be appropriate, non-offensive, and submitted for approval at least 2 weeks before the event
Props must be safe and pre-approved by the organizing committee
Use of weapons (e.g., nunchaku, bong, sword) is permitted if demonstrated safely
Must include all of the following elements:
Traditional and creative Poomsae sequences
At least one synchronized group segment
Dynamic Kyukpa (breaking) using various techniques
Self-defense scenario
Optional: aerial kicks, flips, board breaks in motion

Athletes are not required to use WT-certified brands.
Local brands are permitted, provided uniforms are white and follow WT design and safety standards. Colored uniforms will not be accepted.
Coaches must wear appropriate clothing: tracksuit, pants with shirt, or team jacket.
Athletes must wear the approved white Taekwondo uniform only.
Non-compliance will result in a -0.8 deduction or disqualification.
All participants must complete the waiver form during registration.
By registering, you agree that the organizers, staff, and affiliated parties are not liable for any injuries, losses, or incidents during the event.
Weigh-in is conducted before each division starts.
Athletes are allowed one (2) official attempt. A second attempt may be permitted within the scheduled timeframe
Head Coaches or Team Managers must attend.
Match draws will be posted online at https://globaltaekwondofestival.com/
All updates will be shared via official channels.
A 5,000 protest fee applies to any formal match protest.
Protests must be submitted in writing immediately after the match.
The fee is refundable if the protest is approved.
A complimentary buffet (lunch, merienda, drinks) will be served exclusively for Masters and Referees.
Access is granted via daily meal stubs issued by the organizer.
