Below is the official itinerary and logistical information prepared for all honored delegates, grandmasters, and officials.

In full recognition of your vital role and contribution to the Festival, we are pleased to provide the following arrangements:
Flights And Accommodation
Roundtrip plane tickets (from point of origin to Manila and return)
One private hotel room per official at Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria
Full board meals throughout the Festival and retreat, including all official events
Ground Transportation
Grandmasters June Lee and Vice Presidents of GTTF will be assigned a dedicated VIP car with a professional driver and liaison officer
All other invited officials will be provided with executive van service with a designated driver, ensuring safe and convenient group transport to all venues and scheduled activities
These arrangements are made with deep respect and appreciation for your leadership and commitment to the Global Traditional Taekwondo community

Admission: Entrance fees to be paid at the door (Please note: This is not included in any competition package.)
